Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Crispy collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Crispy is a Telegram-first service that finds brand opportunities for creators and helps with outreach.

Who we are

Crispy operates the website at crispy.monster, the app at app.crispy.monster, and the Telegram bot @Crispyisbot. In this policy, 'we' and 'us' mean Crispy.

Information we collect

Account and Telegram data. When you start the bot we receive your Telegram user id, chat id, and the name Telegram shares with us.

Onboarding answers. We store what you tell us about your name, the content you make, past brand work, the kinds of brands you want, your portfolio link if you share one, and how you describe yourself as a creator.

Email connection. If you connect Gmail or Outlook so Crispy can send outreach, we receive an access grant through our email provider, plus the email address you connected. We do not store your email password. We do not read, scan, or save messages, contacts, or other information from the connected email account.

Usage inside the product. We store the brand opportunities we send you, whether you pass or pursue them, draft and sent outreach, and recent Telegram messages needed to keep the conversation going.

Payments. If you buy a plan, our payment processor collects billing details. We keep a record that you paid, the plan, and the date. We do not store full card numbers.

Device and site data. The marketing site may receive standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to run and protect the service.

How we use information

To create and run your account in Telegram.

To pick brand opportunities that fit what you create, and to send your daily deck.

To draft and send outreach when you choose to pursue a brand.

To research a public portfolio or brand site you point us to, so the work we do for you is more accurate.

To bill you, send receipts, and handle refunds.

To keep the product working, debug issues, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share data with vendors who help us run Crispy, only as needed for their job. That includes Telegram (messaging), our database host, our email sending provider if you connect a mailbox, research and language-model providers used to write and match, logo lookup for brand cards, and our hosting provider.

When you pursue a brand, we send outreach from your connected mailbox to that brand's contact. That message includes what you asked us to send.

We may share information if the law requires it, or to protect Crispy, you, or others from harm.

Email access

Connecting email is optional until you want Crispy to send outreach. The connection is used only to send mail you approve through the product. We do not read or save any information from your connected email account. We do not scan your inbox, store your mail, pull your contacts, or use your mailbox to advertise to you.

You can disconnect email by writing to partnerships.cripsy@gmail.com. After that we stop using the grant to send mail.

Retention

We keep account and product data while your account is open and for a short period after, so we can restore access, finish refunds, or resolve disputes.

You can ask us to delete your account and personal data by emailing partnerships.cripsy@gmail.com. We will delete or de-identify what we no longer need, except records we must keep for law, billing, or security.

Your choices

Email partnerships.cripsy@gmail.com to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, or to disconnect email.

You can stop using Crispy and delete the Telegram chat. That does not always erase server-side data. Email partnerships.cripsy@gmail.com if you want a full delete.

If you are in a region with extra privacy rights (for example the EEA, UK, or California), you can also ask us about access, deletion, correction, and portability. We will not discriminate against you for using those rights.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise perfect security.

Children

Crispy is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has used the service, email partnerships.cripsy@gmail.com and we will delete the account.

International transfers

We and our vendors may process data in the United States and other countries. If you use Crispy from elsewhere, you understand your information may be processed outside your home country.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top is the latest version. If a change is material, we will say so in Telegram or on the site.

Contact

Email partnerships.cripsy@gmail.com. That is the only contact for privacy questions, data requests, and support.
